ICC Media Release Phase 1 of the ICC WT20 ticket sale will go live, 24th February 2016. BCCI has appointed BookMyShow as the ticketing agency for the ICC World Twenty20 India 2016. This would encompass all matches being played, including the women’s fixtures. Phase 1 of the ticket sale will see tickets go on sale for the matches (excluding India matches and the Semi Finals & Final of the men’s and women’s events) to be played at the following venues –Bangalore, Chennai, Dharamsala, Kolkata and Mohali. This is in respect of the 12th of November being declared a National Day of Mourning. Tickets purchased for the 12th November (2nd T20) are valid for the 11th November 2015. The International Cricket Council (ICC) yesterday announced the match schedules and ticket sale plans for the ICC World Twenty20 Bangladesh 2014, which will be staged from 16 March to 6 April. The West Indies’ men will defend the title they won last year in Colombo while Australia’s women will aim to complete a hat-trick of titles after having won the previous two finals in Barbados and Colombo.
