Under-19: Sri Lanka registered the second win against Australia

An allround performance by Harsha Rajapakse who cracked a 43 and grabbed three scalps and a 58 by Priyamal Perera helped Sri Lanka Under- 19 to record a massive 111 runs win over Australian Under-19s in their Second Youth One Day cricket match played at Colts grounds today.

The victory followed their earlier win by 95-run margin in the opening match and puts them into an unassailable 2-0 lead with one game remaining.

Australia could reply with only 137  runs with Damien Mortimer top scoring with 41 runs. For the Sri Lanka bowling camp, Harsha Rajapaksa bagged three wickets while Lakshan Jayasinghe and Anuk Fernando claimed two each.
