Fast Bowler Shaminda Eranga has been drafted in to the Sri Lankan squad for the 2nd Test match against England to be played at the P.Sara oval in Colombo.Eranga’s inclusion was prompted due to the injury sustained by fellow Seamer Chanaka Welagedara. Further, all rounder Angelo Mathews will be returning to the squad in place of Chamara Silva as he has fully recovered from injury, which kept him out of the 1st Test in Galle.
Left-arm spinner Rangana Herath claimed a match haul of 12 wickets as Sri Lanka condemned top-ranked England to their fourth consecutive Test defeat on Thursday in the series opener.
