We should use pallekale pitch more its boost our bowlers and batsmen any conditions, and I would like sri lankan company’s come with IPL like matches to local players only, it will be crowd back and their brand prmotions. Ex; Janashakthi team, Ceylinco team, HNB team these should be muzzle with t20 live like IPL with many crowd pulling and good for their business.

Dear SLCB Management
We know that you are incompetent. We know that you are there not because what you can do, but because whom you know. If you could challenge this then we will have a different debate.
Results Orientation is one of the main criteria of performance. In this regard the question is how many tests played in Sri Lanka ended in a draw? For what reason? – weather, batsman friendly pitch. Sri Lanka wining?
It is our privilege and opportunity and right to prepare the pitches in Sri Lanka to suit our team. That means we can ’tilt the playing field’ to suit us.
Both India and Sri Lanka have strong batting line ups. Then the question is who has the better bowling line up. With the retirement of Murali and Lasith Malinga not playing we would have the second best bowling line up between the two countries???
Regardless, do we have to prepare a pitch to cause a draw and bore the sp[ectators and the fans?
Here the SLCB may set a performance standard for the curators in the form of how many tests won by Sri Lanka on that pitch and how many dragged to a bore – a draw!
SLCB should get some people who can think and who know how to manage!

Also why we dont play TEST Matches against other countries
are they avoiding us.?
we havnt played a TEST in South Africa for last 8 years!!!!!!!
Mahela & Sanga played only 4 TESTs in Australia
95% of our matches are against INDIA % BANGLADESH
why is that……….?
Why Australia havnt toured here for last 8 years
India is playing a TEST series in AUS in every year from 2011-2015
Pakistan too play lot of matches in ENG & AUS
WHY we dont get this chance
Few years at least ago we played once in 3/4 years
But what is happening now?
SLC moderator-
Pls tell us the reason…..
What is our future tour shedule,…?
Why we are playing only 5,6 Tests for a whole year when other countries play 12/15..?
Pls don`t delete my post……….instead answer it……………..

Sri Lankan cricket pls pls pls don’t make flat tracks like this for test matches. You are just making test cricket boring for everyone here. Watz the point of a flat wicket like this when we have a good batting line up and good bowlers. I’m seriously dissapointed

Mathews’ talent has been wasted in asking him to bat very low down in the batting order. He is being one of our future players this complete batsman should be allowed to bat at no 3 position. With their experience all these senior batsmen are in a position to bat anywhere in the batting order. Since Sangakkara, Mahela, Samaraweera & Dilshan are in their mid-thirties they all would retire in a heap in another 3 years time. Incidentally the wicket is being good for batsmen Sri Lanka should have batted for another 10 overs thus leaving only psychologically more difficult last 8 overs of the day for the Indians. On the other hand we would have rather new ball to start the game on the 3rd day.
