    New Zealand has already declared their squad. Sri Lankan selectors also should make a vital selection for this this tour especially for ODI & T20 series.
    Three veteran batsmen (Mahela, Kumar & Dilshan) played tough cricket throughout this year bearing all the weight of batting department on their shoulders. Now give them a break at least now because this series is not a world cup. So I think it’s time for others who were on their shoulders to get down and play strongly with confidence. So I would like to propose this squad for NZ tour of SL.

    Sangakkara is in the squad, because to guide youngsters in the middle and already he got a rest due to an injury last month. However as a SLC fan I believe that selection committee should do some experiments before things get too late.
