1st Test Centurion Prasanna Jayawardena has been ruled out of the remainder of the Test series against Pakistan in UAE due to an injury to his lower right abdomen. His place will be taken by Wicket Keeper batsman Kaushal Silva.
Jayawardena made a match saving 120 in the 1st Test putting a double century stand for the sixth wicket with star batsman Kumar Sangakkara.
Sri Lankan team management has decided to rest Fast Bowler Nuwan Pradeep by bringing in Dhammika Prasad for today’s game to be played in Dubai.

Why the hell Dinesh Chandimal was not considered ahead of Kaushal Silva. Chadimal is far better both on and off the field if you want a reason to take him in.
