Lasith Malinga bowled with good pace to put the Kenyans on the back foot at the begining of their innings.
Nuwan Kulasekara lent good support to Malinga by bowling economically with a solitary wicket.
Malinga exhibited a fine spell of inswinging yorkers to finish with career best figures of 6 for 38. This also included a hat trick of wickets.
The Colombo crowd provided ample support to the Lankan Cricketers.
